Tessa Martin

Tessa Martin was most recently seen as Maris in The Life And Death Of Art at the Jack theater with The Kangalee Arts Ensemble. Her other stage credits include turns as Mrs. Jennings in Sense and Sensibility and Mrs. Dickson in Intimate Apparel, both at the Theater at Monmouth.

On television, she played a member of the legal team in the movie Eric now on Netflix and was last seen as Maria, the Receptionist, in the tv series, Girls Five Eva. With the AudioVisualTerrorism film crew, she played Ayizan in their production of The Blind Seer of Coney Island. 

In addition, Tessa has written two solo plays: alieNation and CaribBeing. Each of these projects toured New York City public schools and museums. 

A recent Manhattan Arts Grant Recipient from the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council for her TV play, The Unknown, now in pre-production.
